Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had spacious rooms, but our initial room overlooked the building opposite and we had to change it for a view of the beautiful gardens. The location was quiet and surrounded by immaculate gardens, but certain dining experiences were not seamless. The service was friendly, and the staff at the bars were consistently good.
The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and various restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with friendly staff. However, some noise disturbances and room change issues affected the overall experience. The evening entertainment and disco noise could be disruptive, especially for light sleepers with young children. Despite these challenges, the hotel staff, including a welcoming manager, provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The hotel was a peaceful oasis with spacious rooms and excellent service. However, the location had some drawbacks with limited entertainment nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable with themed restaurants but also had some noise issues. The facilities were well-maintained and offered a range of services.
The hotel offers excellent rooms with a great view of the sea, though it can get noisy. The service is a mix of friendly and helpful staff with occasional stressed incidents among them. The location is magnificent, with a quiet garden and plenty of activities at the pool. The dining experience could use some improvements, but overall, the poolside bar is great. The facilities are well-maintained with various amenities available.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, but the initial room allocation near the lift caused disturbances for my light-sleeping children. The service was a bit inconsistent, with some staff being very friendly and helpful while others seemed rude and disrespectful. The location was great with ample pool space, but noise from activities during the night affected our rest. The dining options were decent, with room for improvement in the breakfast menu.
The room was spacious and had a nice view over the pool without needing to pay for an upgrade. The room was pleasant, with daily replenished mini bar and coffee. However, there were some additional fees for certain services.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was lovely, surrounded by nature and quiet, but the room I received wasn't what I expected. The service was a bit chaotic due to constant staff discussions, although they were friendly. The dining options were decent but could use some variety. The facilities were good overall.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a lovely family sea view room that needed a refurb but was still comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff provided first-class service, although the preference for German over English was a bit odd given the predominance of English guests. The location was beautiful, with green gardens and plenty of sun beds, though the proximity to the entertainment was a downside. The dining options were good, especially the theme restaurants, but could use some improvement for English guests. The facilities were great overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms definitely need a fresh paint job, and the dated bathroom in 7119A was a bit of a letdown. The air conditioning also needed fixing, which was a hassle during my visit. On the bright side, the location was absolutely stunning with beautiful gardens, and the staff were always friendly and eager to help.
The hotel had lovely and clean rooms with great amenities like tea/coffee making facilities and a stocked mini-fridge. The location was perfect for a peaceful stay but could get noisy due to evening entertainment. The service was somewhat lacking compared to previous experiences.
